Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Lessons canceled with 24 hours' notice or more are eligible for one make-up lesson, scheduled based on availability. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or make-up lesson, except in cases of illness or family emergency.
