Service Description
Whether you're planning a wedding, church service, concert, private event, or special celebration, live music adds a personal touch that creates lasting memories. Caitlynn provides expressive, professional vocal performances tailored to your event, working closely with you to create the perfect atmosphere. Performances can include contemporary, musical theatre, sacred, jazz, pop, or custom repertoire upon request.
Cancellation Policy
🌿 Studio Policies Welcome to Taman Tune! My goal is to create a joyful, encouraging environment where every student feels safe to explore, grow, and discover their unique voice. The following policies help ensure a positive experience for every student while respecting the time and commitment of all families. Weekly Lessons Private Voice Lessons are offered as recurring 30- or 60-minute weekly sessions. Consistent attendance is one of the greatest predictors of vocal growth and allows students to build healthy technique, confidence, and musicianship over time. Scheduling Lesson times are reserved specifically for each student and meet on the same day and time each week. Flexible scheduling is available whenever possible, though recurring lesson times receive priority. Payment Tuition is due at the first lesson of each month to reserve your lesson time. Specialty services—including Musical Theatre Coaching, Audition Coaching, and Songwriting Sessions—are booked individually and payment is due at the time of booking. Cancellations & Make-Up Lessons Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Lessons canceled with sufficient notice may be rescheduled based on availability. Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and are not eligible for a make-up lesson, except in cases of illness or family emergency. Late Arrivals Students arriving late will receive the remainder of their scheduled lesson. Lessons cannot be extended beyond the reserved end time. Practice Progress happens between lessons. Students receive individualized practice goals each week, and consistent practice is encouraged to maximize growth. Performance Opportunities Students are encouraged to participate in recitals, auditions, competitions, and community performances. Select students may also be invited to participate in professional performance opportunities through Taman Tune based on readiness and event needs. Studio Culture At Taman Tune, I believe in teaching the whole person—not just the voice. Every student deserves a safe, welcoming space where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are part of learning, and every voice is valued.
